Amateur to Advanced Photographers
This is a 6-day, 7-night photographic adventure that we are offering for the third time, with completely new locations. This exotic adventure will focus on the beautiful Berber and Arabian horses of the region. We will all stay in an “authentic” Moroccan hotel, and from there, we will explore different areas. Part of this amazing journey will include visits to some of the National and Regional stud farms of the areas as well as some private facilities.
We are very excited to offer this workshop again in 2026 with different horses and a different regional focus to keep it fresh and alive. We now have the experience and know what it means to travel and visit Morocco, which at times can be a lot for our senses.
Unlike any other workshop we have offered in the past, we feel the experience of amazing colors, beautiful light and the opportunity to experience the magnificent horses of the region, as well as the colorful, exotic and vibrant culture will be an unforgettable experience for participants.
There will be instruction on editing and processing images, but the sheer richness of the environment and the endless photographic opportunities will take most of our focus. Emphasis is on shooting, being creative and having fun, as we have found this approach to be much more effective than “classroom style” learning. Tony will share, in his own down-to-earth way, his 34+ years of experience during the shoots, and will cover the many elements involved in photographing horses.
The workshop fee includes private accommodations, breakfast, transportation to and from the airport, as well as transportation to all of the locations we will be visiting during the week. We feel that this workshop will fill quickly!!!
Cost is $4500 per person. Limited to 12 participants.
